Lotus has presented the new Emira 420 Sport, the most powerful, light, and aerodynamically efficient Emira ever made. At the top of the range, the car was developed with a clear goal: to push performance even further, both on the road and on the track, while keeping the Lotus DNA intact. The result is a more agile, responsive, and engaging driveability, with a setup designed to offer more immediate control and greater dynamic efficiency in every condition.

Lotus Emira 420 Sport
At the heart of the Emira 420 Sport is a 2.0-liter turbo four-cylinder engine capable of delivering 420 hp, with a thrust that translates into acceleration from 0 to 100 km/h in 3.9 seconds and a top speed of 300 km/h. The powertrain works with 500 Nm of torque and a dual-clutch eight-speed transmission, designed to ensure faster shifts and a quicker response in every gear. The experience is completed by some functional details such as the removable tinted glass roof panel, available immediately across the entire range.
Power over 420 hp
For those seeking the ultimate on the track, the Lightweight Handling Pack arrives. With targeted interventions, the car becomes 25 kg lighter than the Emira Turbo and also introduces 25 kg of additional downforce. The aerodynamic modifications optimize cooling and performance, increase airflow to radiators and exhaust valves, and improve brake thermal management, contributing to more consistent performance under demanding conditions. Additionally, the package includes elements such as Multimatic shock absorbers adjustable in two directions, titanium exhaust, lithium-ion battery, and carbon fiber components, with technical support via the Lotus Track Performance app to measure and record lap times.
Deliveries and prices
The chassis and driving part also remain true to Lotus: ground clearance reduced by 5 mm, revised settings, and a bonded aluminum structure with double wishbone suspension for a balance between precision, comfort, and feedback. Inside, the style and ergonomics are designed to support both daily driving and track use. The car is already available for order, with first deliveries expected in August. In Europe, prices start from 129,900 euros.
