Back on track
Mike Conway, Kamui Kobayashi and Nyck De Vries: a month ago this was the trio that brought Toyota back to the top in the prestigious 24 Hours of Le Mans, an event that also coincided with the last appointment of the season held so far. Thanks to this success, the drivers of car #7 also took the lead in the World Championship standings, but from this weekend they will have the task of defending it in the race that will mark the end of the first half of the calendar.

Flying to Brazil
After the tests held at Imola, Spa-Francorchamps and Le Mans, the world championship will make a stop outside European borders for the first time this season, more precisely at the Interlagos circuit, where the 6 Hours of São Paulo will take place. On this track, last year Cadillac won with Alex Lynn, Norman Nato and Will Stevens, in a roll of honor that includes, besides Toyota, also the German Audi and Porsche. Ferrari does not appear, historically struggling on the Brazilian track, while Lexus will try to defend the victory achieved in 2025 in LMGT3.
TV and streaming channels
Confirmations, or denials, will come this weekend starting from Saturday, when the South American event can only be followed from the third free practice session (the first two, scheduled for Friday, will be only live timing on the official WEC channel: FIAWEC+). The ways to follow qualifying and Hyperpole will essentially be two: the already mentioned FIAWEC+, available on the official championship website, or Discovery+. Here you can also follow the entire race, with the addition of channels such as Sky Sport and HBO Max, not forgetting the Eurosport 1 slot from 18:30 to 23:00 Italian time.
