It is impossible not to think of a draconian BOP against these two Manufacturers this weekend, also because Antonio Fuoco, the driver who brought the #50 to the fourth row, emphasized that he did his best.
“It was not an easy qualifying, but we did our best and I am satisfied both with the lap I did in the first timed session this afternoon and the subsequent one in Hyperpole – said Fuoco – at Spa races are often unpredictable, so we will have to do our best to seize the opportunities that will arise during the six hours.”
The Ferrari #51 will have to come back from 15th position: “We had some difficulties in the free practice that did not allow us to find the ideal balance today in qualifying – the words of Antonio Giovinazzi – it was a complex Friday: now we focus on the race aware that we will have to be perfect to aim for a good result“.
