KIA Italy further expands the offer of one of its most successful models with the launch of the new Sportage Tri-Fuel Full Hybrid LPG. The model is born from the collaboration between the Italian division of the Korean company and Westport Fuel Systems Italy, and represents the evolution of a project first introduced on the KIA Niro in 2024, now further refined to bring an even higher level of innovation and dynamics to the Sportage.

KIA Sportage Tri-Fuel Full Hybrid LPG
The Tri-Fuel system combines a turbo petrol/LPG engine with the proven full hybrid powertrain, integrating in a single proposal the optimized fuel consumption management and emission reduction. In terms of performance, the Sportage Tri-Fuel confirms itself at the top of the category: the total power reaches 237 HP with a maximum torque of 380 Nm, values substantially in line with the original HEV version.
Over 1,500 km range
What makes the new Sportage particularly interesting is also the operating economy: LPG indeed allows a concrete saving at refueling. Numbers in hand, with about 40 euros it is possible to fill the 65-liter LPG tank (52 liters net), reaching a range of up to 650 km in LPG mode, while the total range exceeds 1,500 km, with benefits compared to a traditional diesel engine. The range is divided into three levels, Business, Style, and the new Black Edition, which represents the top of the range and an absolute novelty for the Italian market.

Range and prices
Price chapter: the Business version starts from 40,000 euros with features such as Level 2 autonomous driving, smart key, and Full LED headlights, while the Style adds contents such as 18″ wheels, Blind Spot Monitor, and wireless charging. The Black Edition is characterized by exclusive glossy black exterior elements, including the KIA and Sportage logos, grille details, mirror caps, roof bars, and 19″ alloy wheels. Promotional offer: in May KIA Sportage Tri-Fuel is available with 0% APR on the entire range and with installments from 299 euros per month.
