Stellantis appoints two new managers
Specifically, Tianshu Xin will be responsible for the China and Asia Pacific region for Stellantis, effective August 3. He will report directly to CEO Antonio Filosa and will join the Stellantis Leadership Team. The appointment is accompanied by the assignment of Grégoire Olivier, designated as a strategic advisor and reporting to Xin, a duo aimed at supporting the coordination of strategic priorities and the execution of the value creation program in the region. Xin brings with him 30 years of experience gained in various industrial contexts and in key areas such as operations, strategy, business development, sales and marketing, as well as expertise in mergers and acquisitions.
International Leadership
Alongside the new regional leadership, Stellantis has also defined a global appointment with an impact on performance. Pablo Di Si has been appointed Chief Performance Officer, effective August 3. In his new role, he will report directly to Antonio Filosa and will be responsible for leading the execution of the Value Creation Program, contributing to the achievement of company objectives. Di Si brings significant international experience in the automotive sector and a track record focused on improving operational excellence, managing turnaround plans, strengthening commercial performance, and leading large-scale business transformations in complex global organizations, as demonstrated by his most recent role as President and CEO of Volkswagen Group North America.
