A Spa rematch between Ferrari and Toyota
After the first round of the championship at the Imola circuit, where the Toyota #8 trio made up of Buemi-Hartley-Hirakawa gave the Japanese manufacturer the victory on the occasion of its hundredth race in the WEC, the world championship will return to the spotlight next week on a historic track. Just like at the ‘Enzo e Dino Ferrari’ Autodrome, here too there will be a race lasting six hours, but this time in Belgium, more precisely at Spa-Francorchamps.

One year after Ferrari’s one-two
Famous for its high-speed sections like Eau Rouge-Raidillon, Toyota and its drivers’ main goal will obviously be to achieve a repeat victory after their success in Italy, thus defending their lead in the standings. At the same time, Ferrari will want to make up for the second and sixth positions obtained at home, in an attempt to replicate the one-two finish achieved last year.
Where to watch the practice, qualifying and race
Unlike the Imola weekend, with the first practice sessions starting on Friday, the 6 Hours of Spa-Francorchamps will officially begin on Thursday, May 7, again with the first two practice sessions. These can only be followed on Eurosport via subscription to the HBO platform, or alternatively via live timing on FIAWEC+. From the third practice session onwards, it will also be possible to watch the live stream on the official competition website, with the addition of another channel like Discovery+ for qualifying and the race. The latter will also be available on Sky Sport at 14:00 on Saturday, May 9. Below is the full schedule for the Belgian weekend.
