Now, two years after those clashes and with Horner no longer part of the Circus for almost an entire season, Brown’s attitude has completely changed so much so that he hopes for the return of his old rival. Regarding the rumors that Horner is interested in buying a stake in the Alpine team in fact, the McLaren boss expressed a favorable opinion: “Christian was a prominent figure in this sport – Brown explained to reporters – and the sport always has great personalities coming and going. I think it would be fantastic to have Christian back in this environment. He is a great professional. His results speak for themselves.
