New Stellantis strategic plan
At the heart of the strategy are 6 fundamental pillars, reflecting an integrated industrial vision and a more effective management model. In particular, Stellantis leadership puts the customer “at the center” and also entrusts the plan with the task of making the management of a portfolio of brands as broad as it is competitive more efficient. Key points certainly include investments in platforms, powertrains, and global technologies, building partnerships capable of complementing the group’s strengths, as well as optimizing the industrial footprint and commitment to excellence in execution. Finally, a central role is given to enhancing regions and local teams.
Over 60 launches by 2030
FaSTLAne 2030 will result, by 2030, in a real acceleration of the product. Over 60 new vehicle launches and 50 significant updates, covering all powertrains. The plan includes 29 battery electric vehicles, 15 plug-in hybrid or extended-range electric vehicles, 24 hybrid electric vehicles, and 39 models with thermal or mild hybrid engines. In parallel, Stellantis strengthens the structure of global brands with greater scale and profitability potential: Jeep, Ram, Peugeot, and FIAT, supported by Pro One for commercial vehicles. It is also expected that 70% of the plan’s investments for brands and products will flow to these players and Pro One, reinforcing the push towards new global assets.

Between platforms and powertrains
The plan also includes a specific focus on the luxury segment, with the intention to strengthen Maserati thanks to its relationship with customers and a range perceived as highly competitive. The strategy foresees the arrival of two new models in the E segment: a detailed roadmap will be shared in Modena in December 2026. On the industrial front, Stellantis emphasizes the strength of global scale: over the next five years it will invest more than 24 billion euros (equal to 40% of total investments) in global platforms, powertrains, and new technologies. Platforms will be designed with a modular approach to improve efficiency and competitiveness, aiming to produce by 2030 50% of annual global volumes on three platforms, including the new STLA One. Finally, the powertrain offering will be further expanded to maintain multi-energy flexibility, with nearly 50% of global volumes expected on multi-regional propulsion solutions by 2030.
