Everything happened in the first meters of the Miami GP. The front runners had to wait a long time before the grid was completed and the start could happen, the tire temperature dropped and both Antonelli and Verstappen did not start well.

Leclerc, on the other hand, started well and approaching Turn 1 he realized that both Antonelli and, especially, Verstappen would brake much later than expected. The Ferrari driver was perfect, he let Verstappen pass and crossed to take the lead of the race.

Verstappen tried to stay ahead, but when he found the Ferrari in front he had to react and lost the rear going into a spin. The Dutchman managed to perform a perfect 360° and restart without losing too much ground as he remained inside the top 10.
