Bulega vs Lecuona: a challenge in the Spaniard’s home
On the Aragon circuit, the first of the two Spaniards on the calendar, the Superbike will end the first half of the 2026 championship, with a season that, so far, has known only one protagonist: Nicolò Bulega. From the first event at Phillip Island to today, the Ducati rider has won all the races held, achieving the incredible record of 19 consecutive victories. A magical period for the undisputed world leader, as well as for Ducati, which since the second round in Portugal has always finished with its two riders in the top two positions.

However, the story could change this weekend, in the land of Iker Lecuona. Always 2nd behind his teammate since Portimão, the Spaniard has delivered races in which he managed to reduce the gap from #11, even taking the lead of the race, only to then yield to the comeback of a rider who has never been satisfied with the podium and is the points leader. An overtake, this time definitive, that could also materialize thanks to the push from the home crowd.
Live TV broadcasts
Also in this case, as happened in the last event at Most, the Superbike races will take place simultaneously with those of MotoGP, with the MotoGP riders engaged at Mugello for the Italian Grand Prix. Consequently, all sessions of the SBK and the Sportbike and Supersport championships will be broadcast on the Sky Sport Arena channel (204), and not on Sky Sport MotoGP. The Superbike races 1 and 2 will also be available on Sky Sport Uno (201), but these, as well as the Superpole Race (all streaming on NOW), will not be available live on TV8, with the free-to-air channel broadcasting all of them delayed.
