The new ID. Polo also sets new benchmarks in technology. With a WLTP range of up to 454 km and the Connected Travel Assist system, this car integrates advanced features such as automatic traffic light recognition, efficient one-pedal driving, and the vehicle-to-load function that turns the car into a true mobile power source for devices like e-bikes. Pre-sales of the new ID. Polo started yesterday in Germany.

Range and batteries

From a technical point of view, the ID. Polo will be available with a new front-wheel drive and in three power levels: 85 kW (116 hp), 99 kW (135 hp), and 155 kW (211 hp). The 85 kW and 99 kW versions come standard with a 37 kWh net LFP battery, rechargeable from 10% to 80% in about 23 minutes on DC and with a range of up to 329 km. The 155 kW version, on the other hand, uses a 52 kWh net NMC battery, with a range of up to 454 km and charging from 10% to 80% in about 24 minutes on DC.
