The new CEO of Stellantis, Antonio Filosa, received in 2025 total compensation of 5,424 million euros. This is reported in the Annual Report for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2025, filed with the Securities & Exchange Commission. Of this amount, 1,424 million constitutes the base salary. The compensation package also includes fringe benefits for 374.194 euros, long-term incentives for 1,508 million, benefits for 192.366 euros and other compensation for 1,924 million.

Stellantis, millionaire compensation for executives
The report’s tables show that Filosa was not paid any bonus related to the year 2025. Chairman John Elkann instead received total compensation of 2,45 million euros, a decrease compared to 2,797 million in 2024. Of this figure 960.293 euros constitute the base salary, to which are added fringe benefits for 396.848 euros and long-term incentives for 1,093 million. For Elkann as well, the report indicates the absence of bonuses in 2025.

From Elkann to Filosa
Regarding the group’s remuneration policy, the CEO is provided with an annual bonus equal to 200% of the base salary upon reaching specific objectives. In addition, other extraordinary bonuses payable in shares totaling 3,6 million between now and 2028 are planned, subject to the achievement of certain targets. Finally, the document confirms that former CEO Carlos Tavares received total compensation of 11,928 million euros in 2025. The amount has already been paid by the company, compared to the 23,085 million received in 2024.
