Stellantis, at Mirafiori people come first

“Mirafiori tells its story through its people”. According to Stellantis, explaining that the Office Building of the historic Turin complex has had a new billboard on the scaffolding covering the main facade for a few days, the result of the direct involvement of Stellantis’ Turin employees. The initiative stems from a participatory communication project designed to strengthen the sense of belonging and shared identity. The choice to make visible to the outside the faces, stories, and values that animate the site contributes to transforming the building into a large narrative surface, capable of speaking not only of bricks and construction sites, but above all of the people who make it life and work every day.

The action is part of a broader path, launched to consolidate the link between people, spaces, and corporate values, and was built by putting listening and participation at the center. The project was born from a survey addressed to employees, called to choose between a verbal message made of words and concepts representative of the essence of Mirafiori or a series of photographic images that told of faces and moments of daily life in the company. After the listening phase, the collection of content was started, with particular attention to photographs.

The message aims to emphasize how Mirafiori is first and foremost a place made of people. The intervention enhances a building that is a symbol of Turin’s industrial history, preserving its identity and projecting it into the future. By the end of 2027, Stellantis announced, the building will return to hosting skills, relationships, daily commitment, and team spirit.
