The former German driver hopes to see more competitiveness between the team leading the Constructors’ Championship and the other teams, especially after the encouraging signs seen in the last Japanese GP from the 40-year-old. Possible battles that, according to Rosberg, will fuel the controversies over the new technical regulations: “Let’s hope that Ferrari can exploit this gap now to get closer to Mercedes. McLaren was already present in the last race. So, if there is a really interesting battle, I think all the fans won’t care about the technology and will love and appreciate the racing and the battles.”
