The Red Bull recruitment campaign continues
After many departures in recent years, Red Bull is working hard to recruit key figures to join its organizational chart.
News from recent days is the arrival of Gwen Lagrue from Mercedes, who will take on the role of director of the Red Bull Junior Programme, after more than a decade with the Silver Arrows.

Today’s news – given by the Germans of Bild – is instead the arrival of Tom McCullogh, who will be the new head of race engineering. In recent days it had leaked that the Briton would leave the role of performance director at Aston Martin at the end of the year, and will therefore be destined to join Red Bull.
He will be responsible for all operational matters on track and the work of engineers during race weekends.

McCullogh replaces Lambiase
Currently this position in the Anglo-Austrian team is held by Gianpiero Lambiase, who has already signed his move to McLaren starting from 2028.
The Italian-British was also a track engineer: this role will be covered by Tom Hart.
