They are struggling on track, also due to Yamaha’s chronic difficulties, but the Prima-Pramac Racing team has decided to stand out in terms of style: at Mugello Paolo Campinoti’s team has in fact presented a special livery for the Italian GP, which will be showcased in tomorrow’s race.

Enhancing this dedicated color scheme is the collaboration with Pininfarina, which marked a historic step for the Cambiano company: for the first time the iconic Italian design house has created a project dedicated to MotoGP.

The special livery with essential and dynamic lines, bearing the signature “Design by Pininfarina”, enhances the silhouette of the Yamahas racing in the MotoGP and Moto2 World Championships. The central element of the design is the diagonal red line – completed by two thin purple lines recalling Prima’s visual identity – a contemporary reinterpretation of the famous graphic stroke of the Modulo, the iconic concept car designed by Pininfarina in 1970 and which has become one of the absolute symbols of Italian automotive design.
