Nissan presents the new X‑Trail. The latest version maintains the model’s DNA but stands out for new design elements that enhance the front and give the car an even bolder look. The combination of aesthetic details, combined with a revised interior and cutting-edge connectivity systems, makes the new X‑Trail a complete offering. The new Nissan X‑Trail will be available to order from April 2026 and the first deliveries to dealerships are expected in July.
New Nissan X-Trail
On the outside, the restyling focuses on sharper lines and a greater visual impact. The front is dominated by a revised grille set within a wider and cleaner V‑Motion; elsewhere we find 19″ alloy wheels with a diamond finish, the new bumper with side air intakes, gloss black wheel arches, side steps, and black mirrors. The LED rear light clusters have also been updated, and two new body colors such as Universal Blue and Dark Beige are now available in two-tone configurations for those who want an extra touch of personality.
Interior and design
The interior focuses on greater comfort and a premium feel, thanks to renewed materials and finishes that emphasize the craftsmanship of the cabin. New quilted brown leather upholstery and also a high-quality synthetic leather option elevate the perceived quality. Across the range, a 12.3″ infotainment screen and TFT instrument cluster are standard, while features include heated front and rear seats, a heated steering wheel and windshield, and three-zone climate control. The sliding and 40/20/40 split second row ensures versatility for passengers and bulky loads.

Technology and engine
On the technological front, the new X‑Trail offers latest-generation connectivity and assistance systems. The NissanConnect suite integrates Google services for navigation, apps, and voice control with “Hey Google”. The 3D Around View Monitor improves maneuverability thanks to eight selectable views and a set of sensors that detect moving objects around the car. The front camera expands the view at intersections and when exiting tight spaces. The ProPILOT Assist driving assistance system has also been refined. The new Nissan X‑Trail is available with the e‑POWER powertrain, with power up to 213 CV. The N‑TREK version expands the range with a sportier and more practical spirit, exclusive details, and waterproof materials.
