First podium of 2026 for Max and Red Bull
Max Verstappen and Red Bull in Canada secured the first podium of 2026. The strategic error at the start by McLaren and the technical failure of George Russell favored the top-3 of the four-time world champion who did not overdo it in defending the position when attacked by Lewis Hamilton nor was he too aggressive when he tried the counterattack.
