Lewis Hamilton secured the fifth position on the starting grid of the Belgian Grand Prix, but he did not seem too satisfied due to a feeling with his Ferrari that was far from optimal.
The Englishman quantified the difference between the car used in FP3 and the qualifying car as two tenths.

The Saturday morning accident therefore made itself felt and, despite thanking the team for repairing his car in record time, Hamilton did not hide some difficulties especially on the brake balance side.

Interviewed during the traditional lap of the track on the truck to greet the fans, Lewis Hamilton commented: “I love this place, there is a fantastic crowd and today there will be many opportunities Reaching Kimi Antonelli will be difficult, but I hope that with this wind there will be many opportunities. I remember as a child watching the Spa races from home, when Michael was racing and then I had the chance to race here, I think in 2005 in F3. There is nothing comparable to this track, it is really fantastic. I would like more sessions here during the weekend.”
