Drivers and Teams Standings after the 2026 Rally of Portugal

Once again the WRC delivered surprises right in the final stages, just as had happened in the last two rounds in Croatia and the Canary Islands. This time it was Sébastien Ogier who lost a potential victory in Portugal at the last moment, due to a puncture, losing the chance to achieve two consecutive wins. In this way, the winner’s trophy returned instead to Thierry Neuville, for his first seasonal victory with Hyundai. Despite this, the overall standings undergo very few changes, with Elfyn Evans maintaining the lead with a 12-point advantage over Takamoto Katsuta. Toyota in turn remains at the top of the Constructors’ standings, with a 93-point lead over Hyundai.
