Alongside the BTE05, BONTU BT09 is designed for a younger audience, with a more sinuous design and two versions (L6e and L7e). The first is electronically limited to 45 km/h and is intended for driving from 14 years old, while the second reaches 75 km/h and is drivable from 16 years old, for smoother use also on city avenues and suburban roads. Compared to scooters and traditional cars, BT09 aims for a balance between style, comfort, and greater practicality in urban travel and travel times. Additionally, it uses a flat-wire synchronous motor with a permanent magnet (declared advantage in terms of smoothness, acceleration readiness, and reduced consumption). The available batteries guarantee ranges up to 150 km (10 kWh, L7e version) with charging in about 3 hours. The equipment includes ABS, EBD, EPS, and HAC, as well as a 10″ multimedia touchscreen.
