Kimi drives TV audience growth
The Monaco GP 2026 recorded a +14% in terms of TV audience compared to the 2025 edition. Andrea Kimi Antonelli ‘pulls’ and it couldn’t be otherwise given that Italy hasn’t had a driver starting to win every race for an immemorial time.

According to the official note released by Sky, the live broadcast of the Monaco GP recorded 1 million 356 thousand total average viewers in total audience, with 11.7% TV share and 2 million 420 thousand unique viewers. Great results also for the delayed broadcast of the race, free-to-air on TV8, at 6:30 PM, which averaged 1 million 346 thousand average viewers and 9.7% share.
Positive trend also for MotoGP, with the race of the Hungarian Grand Prix live from 2 PM on which obtained 697 thousand total average viewers in total audience, with 6% TV share and 985 thousand unique viewers, recording a 30% growth compared to last year’s Hungarian GP.
