The bond between Lamborghini and Monterey Car Week has lasted for almost 30 years. 28 to be precise: it was in 1998 when the Bull’s house presented the Diablo SV Monterey Edition, a special series made exclusively for the occasion in only 20 units. Since then, over the years the company has never missed its presence at the event, bringing with it a string of few-off and timeless exclusive pieces: Concept S, Aventador LP 750-4 SV Roadster, Centenario Roadster, Aventador SVJ and SVJ 63, Aventador SVJ 63 Roadster, Countach LPI 800-4, Urus Performante, Lanzador, Temerario and Fenomeno are just some of these.

Lamborghini and the bond with Monterey
Also this year Lamborghini is ready to steal the show overseas. The absolute protagonist will be the world premiere of the Revuelo SV. It is the first derivative of Revuelto, and the new evolution of the Bull’s V12 HPEV super sports car. During the same weekend, the Revuelto Miura 60° Homage will also debut: we are talking about a special series limited to 99 units, made by Ad Personam and Lamborghini Centro Stile to celebrate the 60th anniversary of the first super sports car in history. Two jewels that will remain on display until the end of the event.

“Monterey Car Week holds a special place in our history“, said Stephan Winkelmann, Chairman and CEO of Lamborghini. And he added: “Over the years it has become the ideal stage to present some of our most significant innovations, exclusive limited series and visionary concept cars. The USA represents the main global market for Lamborghini and, alone, California would rank among the brand’s top five markets worldwide. Monterey Car Week offers us the opportunity to get in direct contact with one of the most knowledgeable and passionate automotive communities in the world, while strengthening the relationship with collectors and customers who have decisively contributed to the brand’s growth.”
