The Spanish rider from Gresini will move to VR46

Aldeguer was beginning to return to the levels of excellence already shown in his debut season, but in the Netherlands another injury occurred that ruled him out of the German GP and casts doubt on his presence at Silverstone as well.
The future is already secure anyway. Fermin Aldeguer will always remain in the Ducati orbit, but he will move from the Gresini team to Valentino Rossi’s VR46 team. Aldeguer will therefore be able to take advantage of the ‘Doctor’s’ advice even though he admitted that facing the Tavullia champion is a bit intimidating.

“At first you feel intimidated, Valentino Rossi is a bit intimidating – Aldeguer said in an interview with the broadcaster Onda Regional de Murcia – he won’t be present at every race, but I was told that I can call him and count on him for anything related to the races. There are few people to learn from better than him, and I have to take advantage of it. His advice will help me improve and become a better rider.”
