MotoGP Thailand, show even before the start

The MotoGP of the new era, that of Liberty Media, immediately shows a different face. On the occasion of the first race of the World Championship, in Thailand, the 22 riders on the grid gave life to an unprecedented show, the Tuk-Tuk Challenge, which took the place of the traditional driver parade.

Before things got serious with the Moto3, Moto2, and MotoGP races, the Buriram crowd was thus able to witness this playful competition on the characteristic three-wheeled taxis of Southeast Asia. A competition that had all the hallmarks of a GP, complete with a warm up lap, grid positioning, overtaking, and a (playful) battle on track.

In second place the Tech3 team, on the “podium” the Honda LCR. A challenge to avoid last place with plenty of laughter between Aprilia and Ducati Factory, with Jorge Martin overtaking Francesco Bagnaia by cutting the last corner. And earning a one drop position from race direction.
