Verstappen and Ferrari, rivals who respect each other
It is said that the dream of drivers is to drive a Ferrari. Who knows if this also applies to Max Verstappen, who has already realized many dreams in F1 and in the past has often teased the Scuderia. The four-time world champion is a case apart, however, and over time he has also targeted other rivals who could hinder him in the title race (just think back to the verbal provocations towards Lando Norris and Oscar Piastri last season).

According to his son Piero: “He would have appreciated him for his ability to go beyond the limits of the car“, this was his comment in an interview with Corriere dello Sport, by Fulvio Solms. “I was in Barcelona in 2016 when he won his first race: I have been following him closely since then“.
The budget cap
The situation is different when talking about the budget cap, the annual spending limit that teams must adhere to: “They complicate everything, my father wouldn’t have stomached it. He would have shouted ‘I put the money in and I spend it how I want!“.
