Worrying words for the competition
Marc Marquez is ‘dominating’ in MotoGP in physical conditions far from being defined as optimal. This is emphasized by Marquez himself who reiterated that he is very happy to go on vacation to recover mental energy and work on his right arm which absolutely needs ‘fuel’.

“As Nadal says, my goal is to give 100% every day, whether that means expressing 50% or 60% of the potential doesn’t matter – the words of Marc Marquez to the microphones of DAZN – I clearly feel the impact of having to face two races in a row and I really feel the difference between left and right turns. Above all, I notice how my strength decreases over the weekend and how my riding worsens as it goes on.”
“My riding tends to deteriorate as the weekend progresses – added Marquez – so the goal is to build the right endurance, especially for right turns, to tackle them correctly by using body weight. At the moment I am too static and I just let the bike take me where it wants“.
The situation is therefore really worrying for the rivals. Marc Marquez has gone from -102 to -18 at the top of the World Championship in these physical conditions. If during the break he recovers even partially strength in the right arm, there will be very little the rivals can do.
