The new internal combustion engine could debut as early as 2026 – hypothetically at Monza if the GPs in Saudi Arabia and Bahrain were to be canceled, or in Belgium if they are confirmed – based on the findings of the ADUO, the new system designed by the FIA to allow engine manufacturers with a performance deficit to catch up with the leaders in terms of power units.
