The VR46 rider and the 2024 world champion were the stars of the conversation, especially about how tiring it is to ride at Mugello, as tiring as it is exhilarating.

“Wow, this track is physical”, Martin’s opening with Di Giannantonio replying “Yes, but when you get into the flow…”. “If you’re in the flow, to lean the bike I had to go down with elbow and shoulder”, Martin’s response with Di Giannantonio not hiding how much he admires the fact that Martin is an acrobat on the bike, movements that the Roman rider cannot replicate because otherwise he would immediately end up on the ground.

Jorge Martin concludes the dialogue emphasizing that stopping the bike at San Donato is not that simple, to which Di Giannantonio says: “Wow on the second lap Marc Marquez gave me a hair at San Donato, I felt the air move when he passed beside me“. The nine-time world champion had indeed tried to return the overtake suffered at Correntaio, but went wide allowing the VR46 rider to cross.
