Confident Diggia, Morbido on the rise
The Pertamina Enduro VR46 Racing Team will compete this weekend in the French Grand Prix, the fifth round of the 2026 MotoGP season. Fabio Di Giannantonio and Franco Morbidelli arrive in Le Mans, where the team achieved victory in 2023, with positive feelings after the podiums earned in Jerez (in the race and the Sprint respectively) and to confirm the impressions from the tests two weeks ago.

Di Giannantonio arrives in Le Mans with great optimism after the podium earned in the Spanish Grand Prix (his second of the season) and a solid day of testing in Jerez, concluded positively. Third in the overall standings with 71 points, Fabio is determined to continue this positive trend also in France, where he won in 2017 (in Moto3) and fought for the podium in previous editions.
Morbidelli is also ready to return to the track with renewed confidence after the third place in the Jerez Sprint, his first Top 3 of the season. Franco arrives in Le Mans with the goal of consistently fighting for top positions again. On the track where he won in 2017 (in Moto2), the Italo-Brazilian rider is currently in thirteenth position in the overall standings with 25 points.

Fabio Di Giannantonio: “I am very happy to return to Le Mans, a unique track with an always incredible atmosphere. We arrive in France with great enthusiasm, after the excellent results of these first races of the season. Moreover, the tests we carried out in Jerez two weeks ago were very positive and we can’t wait to confirm in the race and on another circuit the new things tried in Spain. As of today, rain is forecast for the Le Mans weekend, but we have shown to be very competitive in any condition, so we are ready in any case. The goal is to continue on this positive path.”
Franco Morbidelli: “The Le Mans weekend will be very important for us. I like the track and here I have had some great races and made great comebacks. The first races of the season were not easy, but the Sprint podium in Jerez gave us a lot of motivation. During the test day we worked a lot and we arrive in France eager to do well and with the goal of returning to consistently fight for top positions. It seems that rain will be a protagonist this weekend, we will adapt in any case and situation and work to take a step forward.”
