Not even the home event at Misano revitalized Pecco, still down in Sunday’s GP and eliminated in Q1 in Qualifying. Andrea Dovizioso, who like Bagnaia has experienced what it means to go through joys and sorrows as a Ducati factory team rider, commented on the very delicate moment Pecco is going through.
“The Bagnaia case is really very, very complex – Dovizioso’s words during the 04 Bar podcast – I am very curious about this thing and I would really like to know, to get inside the heads of the engineers and Pecco’s head. But, it is not possible, so you have to stay out of it because it is such a bad situation that I don’t want to comment on it.”
