Monaco GP, Alpine looking for confirmations
Alpine has changed compared to 2025. The French team has scored points in every race weekend of the World Championship and wants to confirm itself in what can be called the home GP, even if it is held in the Principality of Monaco.

Pierre Gasly and Franco Colapinto will be called to face the unique challenges of the Monaco track, one of the most demanding and fascinating tests, which does not forgive the slightest driving error by the drivers and strategy by the teams. The Argentine arrives there certainly better, strong with 14 points between Miami and Montreal, thanks to which he has drastically reduced the gap in the standings from Gasly.

I went back to Enstone right away to spend more time with the team and prepare for the start of the intense European season“, this is the Argentine’s comment. “Monaco is one of the most exciting events for a driver, with the barriers so close; I can’t wait to try the sensations you get with this year’s cars, lighter and more agile. We will return to a traditional weekend, so we will be able to get familiar with the circuit and gain confidence in every session. This is the key to ensuring we arrive at Qualifying ready to push to the maximum. Our goal is to finish once again in the top 10“.

“I can’t wait for the Monaco Grand Prix this weekend, one of my favorites of the season“, added Gasly. “Qualifying is obviously a highlight for us drivers, because that is where we push ourselves to the absolute limit and experience that extraordinary adrenaline rush unique to only a few of us lucky enough to feel it. Last week I spent some time at Enstone on the simulator and with the engineers to work on many aspects, trying to improve the feelings in the car compared to Montreal. We have dedicated many hours to preparing for the double-header between Monaco and Barcelona, where we aim to continue our points streak“.
