Acosta in Hungary!
Pedro Acosta sends a strong and clear message from Balaton Park: with first place in the Hungarian GP Practice and a lead of four tenths over all competitors, the Tiburón is a candidate for that race victory he has never achieved in his young and brilliant top-class adventure.

Acosta cannot shout it from the rooftops and preaches calm in view of tomorrow and Sunday, but he shows an excellent feeling with the track and a pace that no one can match. His T3 is amazing, where he gives at least a tenth to everyone, but throughout the layout of the Hungarian basin, #37 manages to excel thanks to his great braking qualities.
Acosta’s words
“Already last year, the KTM was a bit better here compared to other tracks. I, normally, am very strong in braking, and therefore this track favors me, but let’s see tomorrow: there are four Aprilias in Q2 and Marquez showed great pace with the medium rear tire,” these were the words to Sky Sport MotoGP.

“Certainly my strong point is braking; when I’m in time attack, it’s even more evident. We need to improve the race pace, but I think I’m riding well,” he continued. “Can I win here? I don’t know, there are four Aprilias in Q2, while Marquez and Bezzecchi have great pace. There are many question marks.”
