Zarco, the recovery looks long: surgery in two weeks

The visit, which took place this morning, recommended a waiting period of about 15 days before proceeding with the operation.

According to Dr. Sonnery-Cottet, a specialist in managing serious knee injuries, before establishing a detailed recovery plan the initial traumas need to heal. It is therefore impossible to predict now when Zarco will be able to get back on the Honda: neither the doctors nor the teams have commented on this, but – considering the type of injury – the timing will certainly not be immediate.
