Kamui Kobayashi: “We started the season great at Imola thanks to the great commitment of the whole team. Now we want to maintain this momentum throughout the season, and Spa is another important race for us. Besides being one of our home races, it represents a fundamental step in our preparation for Le Mans. The new hypercar proved competitive at Imola, which encourages us, but we have to push to the maximum once again to achieve the best performance at Spa.”

Nyck De Vries: “I am excited to race again at Spa, especially because it is one of the home races both for the team and for me personally, since it is the closest to my homeland, the Netherlands. Spa always has a huge crowd and a special atmosphere, so I expect another great event. I hope we will be able to offer a fantastic show to all our fans.”

Ryo Hirakawa: “We couldn’t have asked for a better start to the season and now we are hungry for more wins. Spa is a really fun circuit to drive and I like racing there. But it is complicated for the car setup, because you have to find a compromise between top speed on the fast sections and aerodynamic downforce in the second sector. It is similar to Le Mans, so for us it is a great preparation.”

Sebastien Buemi: “Spa is a really special circuit, very fun to drive and very challenging. It is a historic place, all the legends of our sport have raced there and there are many memories, including many wins for our team. It still makes me smile to drive a Hypercar flat out on that track and I can’t wait to start.”
