Fabio Di Giannantonio: “I’m happy because I think it was the most intense test we’ve ever completed. We did a lot of laps with many things to try. We didn’t have much time for everything we had to test, but we managed to try most of it, getting the best possible feedback. I think we are becoming more and more precise about what we need and the things we improve, which is positive. We made interesting steps forward with some things we tried, I can’t wait for them to be ready to use in the race. The most visible aspect is the fairing, we also gave feedback in this regard, but I’m also happy with other things that are not visible and that helped me in stopping the bike and entering corners, which is what I needed.”
Franco Morbidelli: “It was a test day that helped us understand many things. We tried to find solutions to the problems that didn’t allow us to be as fast as we would have liked, but without taking into account the fastest lap. We need to dedicate more time to these solutions to find ideal configurations that can be confirmed. We leave Jerez with a lot of information to analyze.”
