Verstappen, stays in the boat for 2026: “We are already thinking about next year”

Verstappen’s words

We are not yet happy with where we are at the moment. Surely we want to improve for next year. Also for this reason, we are using 2026 to make sure we are in a better position with the car next year“, these are Verstappen’s words, reached by our Carlo Platella. “Of course, then, the engine will also be better. Only time will tell what will happen. However, why shouldn’t we get back to winning? We have already shown that we know how to do it“.

Verstappen, in short, is already looking at the next season with the goal of making a decisive step forward. The work carried out during this year must therefore be evaluated with a future perspective, aware that Mercedes has always been the benchmark, McLaren has made a decisive step forward, and Ferrari knows how to be consistent both on track and in updates.
