Ferrari ready to attack
On paper, Canada was not supposed to be Ferrari’s hunting ground and until the GP there was indeed no reason to be particularly excited about the performance of the Maranello team, even if the fact that Lewis Hamilton was particularly on form on one of his favorite tracks was evident.

The McLaren suicide and Russell’s knockout instead opened the door to a 30-point haul for Ferrari, which now awaits the ADUO verdict with confidence to intervene on the power unit. On the horizon, then, is Monaco where the SF-26 will be able to show its quality and later in Spain updates will arrive on which team principal Frederic Vasseur has high hopes.
“We are pushing very hard at the factory to increase the car’s performance every weekend – said the Ferrari pit wall chief to Sky microphones – I hope Spain represents a big step forward“.
According to rumors Ferrari will bring a new floor to Barcelona and, above all, a new front wing with more substantial novelties compared to those that debuted in Miami.
