On one hand, a father can try not to lead his son down a path that has some shadows as well as dazzling lights, but when the aforementioned son wants to do nothing else, the only choice the father has is to support him in every way. And so Robin Raikkonen, despite his father Kimi having said on several occasions that he would try in every way not to make him a driver, will be part of the Red Bull junior program from 2027.

It should be remembered that Red Bull recently signed Gwen Lagrue, snatching him from Mercedes. Lagrue has followed the entire racing growth of Andrea Kimi Antonelli from karting to F1.

Will Robin come to challenge Andrea Kimi Antonelli? We will only find out by having a good deal of patience, Robin Raikkonen was born in 2015 so he will not be able to debut in F1 – if he proves he deserves it – before 2033.
