First GP victory in 2026 for Marc Marquez, who reaches 100 career wins. Acosta also deserves applause, second and a very worthy opponent, Bagnaia is third, 10 seconds behind the KTM rider. Below is the final picture, Di Giannantonio also managed to pass Rins.

Lap 26/26 – Ogura has passed Marini and taken fourth position, Marc Marquez begins the final lap towards his 100th career victory.

Lap 25/26 – Martin has left the medical center apparently without any consequences. It’s worth noting that Di Giannantonio has managed to climb up to 13th position, passing Morbidelli and Vinales.

Lap 24/26 – Quartararo retires.

Lap 23/26 – Ogura has caught Marini in the fight for fourth position.

Lap 22/26 – Acosta gives up, now over two seconds behind.

Lap 21/26 – Another fastest lap for Marquez, Acosta hasn’t given up completely yet and remains 1.6″ seconds behind.

Lap 20/26 – Di Giannantonio has entered the points zone, Quartararo has taken a long lap penalty for cutting a chicane without losing sufficient time.

Lap 19/26 – The leading positions seem to be solidified.

Lap 18/26 – The situation as we enter the final stages of the race.

Lap 17/26 – Marquez has a 1.3″ lead over Acosta.

Lap 16/26 – Iker Lecuona’s eighth position is commendable.

Lap 15/26 – This time Marquez passes and Acosta cannot respond, now Marquez can pull away. Meanwhile, Joan Mir crashes.

Lap 15/26 – What a spectacle, Marquez and Acosta have begun what could be a long battle. Two overtakes in one lap, even with slight contact. Everything regular though, Acosta remains ahead.

Lap 14/26 – Marquez is practically on Acosta’s tail. The two have over six seconds advantage over Bagnaia.

Lap 13/26 – Bezzecchi and Aldeguer have also reached the medical center. Moreira tried to pass Miller, but went wide and the Australian managed to cross back. Ogura passed Mir and moved up to seventh position.

Lap 12/26 – Marini managed to pass Miller, moving up to fourth position and can pull away from the group behind the Australian.

Lap 11/26 – 38″4 for Acosta, 38″3 for Marquez, a superb arm wrestle.

Lap 10/26 – Now Acosta sets the fastest lap, what a challenge between the two. Bagnaia is already 3.5″ seconds behind them.

Lap 9/26 – Marquez continues to push with another fastest lap, but Acosta doesn’t give up and maintains a six-tenths lead.

Bastianini took the long lap penalty and dropped to eleventh position. Below is the overall picture, Di Giannantonio managed to restart after the initial pile-up.

Lap 8/26 – Another fastest lap for Marquez, Acosta is seven tenths behind.

Lap 7/26 – Now Marquez sets the fastest lap and closes to less than a second behind Acosta. Meanwhile, a well-deserved long lap penalty for Bastianini.

Lap 6/26 – Acosta tries to escape, he has a 1.6″ lead over Marquez. Bastianini went wide at Turn 1, rejoining the track and almost causing Mir to crash.
