The Englishman had in fact emphasized the competitiveness of the rivals, while the team principal had stressed the mistakes of his driver.
Also Corriere della Sera after Monza had explained how Hamilton “attacked to change the team’s balance”, putting the spotlight on the “dangerous game for internal balance, unless Hamilton aims to also take credit for choosing a new team principal”.

Several leaks were finally told by the podcast Terruzzi Racconta, coming from inside Ferrari.
Giorgio Terruzzi was clear: “Communications always discordant between Vasseur and the drivers. Especially Hamilton. But also Leclerc. The Vasseur issue is an issue, it’s an evergreen. Every year it comes up because the management is what it is. The problem exists, as does a relationship with Vigna now non-existent. There is also an allergy to Maranello, because he shows up little. They call him Napoleon because he seems to have an attitude of an absolute boss, a bit annoying, a bit arrogant.”
Pino Allievi added: “Vasseur has always been very close to Leclerc. And Hamilton, I’m told, is a separate republic inside Ferrari, because he takes all the credit when the car is there.”
The podcast also talked about a hypothetical post-Vasseur. For Terruzzi: “There is a discussion underway, but no plan B. Coletta doesn’t want it, he doesn’t have the experience. There is Elkann’s love for Horner. But in my opinion Horner won’t do this marriage.” For Allievi: “Horner no, he wants to be a manager at Wolff.
