From a mechanical point of view, the A2 e-tron is based on the VW Group’s 400-volt MEB platform, the same one used in other models like the ID.3 and ID.4. The base version will have a motor with over 200 hp, powered by a 63 kWh battery for a range of over 400 km. More powerful versions could instead boast around 270 hp and a range exceeding 560 km.
