“I feel it’s definitely something I need to work on, because sometimes in the race I might need to use them. But if I use them when it’s not necessary, I could get into trouble. So, it’s definitely something I’m working on and it was certainly one of the first things my father told me after the race”.
At Spa my father told me: ‘Congratulations, but, but…’ there’s always a but. He then added: ‘If I see you cross the track limit again for no reason, I’ll wring your neck like a chicken’. Yes, those were his words”.
