All of Leclerc’s anger
Charles Leclerc crashed into the barriers at Antony Noghes during the restart after the Safety Car came out for Lance Stroll’s incident at the same spot. At the entrance of the corner, the asphalt had significantly deteriorated as the race progressed, but Leclerc did not blame the track for what happened to him.

Speaking to Sky Leclerc was clear in emphasizing that the problem was the brakes and that for this reason he will follow Lewis Hamilton, who has already been racing for three races following a different path regarding the brakes.
“The track didn’t help, but it wasn’t the track’s fault – Leclerc’s words – I’ve always taken the blame and my responsibilities even when I wasn’t entirely responsible, but today the data speaks for itself. I didn’t brake, I put my foot on the pedal and got a double braking torque response from the front brake and zero from the rear, all due to a temperature problem“.
“The positive aspect is that we have the solution in-house, Hamilton has already been using it for three races – added Leclerc – and that’s what I’ll do from the next one too“.
