Bagnaia towards Le Mans
The Le Mans weekend represents an important test for Francesco Bagnaia, called to regain consistency on a track that historically suits Ducati well: here the Borgo Panigale factory has triumphed from 2020 to 2024, however never with “Pecco”, who here has “only” achieved pole positions in 2022 and 2023.
After the disappointment of the Jerez de la Frontera GP, where he had to retire due to a brake problem, the two-time MotoGP world champion will try to take advantage of the feeling between the Desmosedici and the “Bugatti” and the positive feedback from the tests in Andalusia, with the goal of regaining that consistency he has been missing for too long.
Bagnaia’s words
“I am happy to go to Le Mans. On paper, it is a type of track that can best highlight the character of the Desmosedici GP“, these are the words of the Piedmontese rider.
“After the test I was satisfied, we tried convincing solutions that can help us not only here, but also on other types of tracks. We hope for good weather and continue to work to get closer to the strongest“.
