Never competitive neither in qualifying nor in the race, the two-time MotoGP world champion just can’t get out of the technical crisis that prevents him from being consistently competitive.

And the interviews at the end of every session and every race understandably become each time more painful. Bagnaia now often uses the terms “humiliation” and “frustration” and in qualifying at Misano he vented at the end of Q1 with a flurry of punches on the tank of his Ducati.
In short, these last two months together risk becoming very complicated and the continuous criticisms towards the team, unable to solve his problems, are exacerbating relations between the parties.

Let’s resign ourselves: Marc is on another planet, without the arm injury he would have reached and then surpassed Agostini in the number of world championships won. At the beginning, Pecco and his team underestimated him: they thought he would never be the same again. Instead, number 93 ended up psychologically devouring him.”
