Wednesday, September 9 returns to the roads of Mottarone TUTTO BENE Hillclimb, the private appointment by accreditation that mixes automotive culture, international lifestyle, and enhancement of the territory. Eighty-five selected cars – among contemporary models, classics, and restomods – will travel the nine kilometers of the private Borromea road, from the foothills to the summit, overlooking Lake Maggiore. No stopwatch, no ranking: only the claim «slow down to go fast».

The event, now in its third edition after the debut in 2024 and the confirmation in 2025, presents itself as a «third way» between the great concours d’elegance, where cars mostly remain static, and motorsport, where performance tends to monopolize the scene. Here exceptional cars move again without exaggerating performance, to celebrate design, technique, and above all the authentic pleasure of driving. The value of a car, the organizers remind, is not measured only in acceleration or top speed, but in the quality of the sensations it can convey: the sound, the mechanical response, the dialogue with the landscape.
The location
The Borromea Road, made available by Kaleon – Terre Borromeo, thus becomes an integral part of the story. It is the stage where car, territory, and identity speak to each other. An international community of drivers – collectors, enthusiasts, influencers, industry protagonists, and car manufacturers – will meet on Mottarone together with over 1,000 spectators for a day curated in every detail. The ACI has recognized the event as an «Atypical Experimental Demonstration», highlighting the innovative nature of a format difficult to frame within traditional categories. The collaboration with ACI and ACI VCO strengthens the bond with an automotive culture that in Italy is a heritage of design, industry, craftsmanship, and lifestyle.

The strategy
TUTTO BENE Hillclimb is conceived by the Milanese studio BorromeodeSilva and the creative and media agency Race Service from Los Angeles. Motoring Attitude takes care of the logistical and operational aspects. Among the presences already anticipated for this edition are, among others, Bentley cars (lead partner for the first time, with models like the FULL SEND Supersports and the Pikes Peak Bentayga), a McMurtry Spéirling prototype, and the Bertone Runabout, confirming the mix of heritage, contemporaneity, and experimentation that characterizes the selection.
In this dialogue between eras and generations, the car becomes a universal language: passion, beauty, emotions, and the best of international lifestyle. Doing «everything well», after all, means exactly this: slowing down to go faster, in the fullest and most human sense of driving. VB
