Audi presents the new A2 e-tron. It is the compact electric car from the four rings designed to put efficiency at the center of the driving experience. The most relevant technical data is the energy consumption of 12.8 kWh/100 km according to the WLTP cycle, which makes it the most efficient production model in Audi’s history. Confirming the performance oriented towards saving, the range reaches up to 646 kilometers also according to WLTP. Aerodynamics also plays a decisive role: the drag coefficient (Cd) is 0.24, among the best for a compact model of the brand.

Audi A2 e-tron debuts
Audi’s approach combines efficiency with a strong focus on everyday life. Internally, the new A2 e-tron combines space versatility and new digital services, with a design deliberately oriented to the needs of European customers. In terms of comfort, the 1.6 square meter panoramic glass roof stands out, contributing to a bright and functional habitability. In fact, the car thus becomes a premium interpretation of urban and extra-urban use, with various details designed to make every trip simpler and more immediate.
Four power levels and three batteries
From a technical and industrial point of view, the new A2 e-tron is born in Germany and produced in Ingolstadt. The model was developed in significantly shorter times, intelligently leveraging existing production facilities and the use of already tested internal robots and equipment. To further increase the model’s attractiveness, the German manufacturer has planned four power levels and three battery sizes.

Driver assistance and trunk
Standard equipment also includes numerous driver assistance systems such as emergency braking assistance, evasive and attention assistance, adaptive cruise control (ACC), and the parking plus system with rear camera. Among the many options, bidirectional charging is also available as Vehicle-to-Load and Vehicle-to-Home, while in the premium segment the Fidlock fastening system is standard. Furthermore, the Audi A2 e-tron has a trunk volume of 396 liters. Folding down the rear seatbacks increases capacity to 1,336 liters.

Technology and prices
The digital sector is also at the heart of the project. The standard infotainment includes Audi assistant with artificial intelligence and the e-tron route planner, along with other connected functions. In addition, the multimedia equipment includes the MMI panoramic display with Audi virtual cockpit plus of 11.9″ and the 12.8″ curved design MMI touch display, which offers an interface designed to be immediate and intuitive. Orders open from September 10, with market launch in December 2026 and prices in Germany starting from 38,200 euros.
