Rivola expects a derby until the last race
Davide Tardozzi after the German GP said that Borgo Panigale needs a hand technically because Aprilia still has something more and the Silverstone weekend confirmed this fact.
The Noale factory also brought technical updates that amplified a technical advantage which according to Francesco Bagnaia is enough to sound a big alarm bell at Ducati.
The CEO of Aprilia Racing Massimo Rivola stated he expects a reaction from the rival: “In my opinion the situation is beautiful – Rivola’s words to Sky – there are two Italian brands that will fight for the World Championship until the last race with many riders.”
“We brought new parts here and I expect Ducati to do the same – added Rivola – we all want this iconic championship since these are the fastest motorcycles in the history of two wheels, we will never see 300 horsepower again”.
