Superbike Aragón, Bulega arrives as a dominator
The 2026 Superbike World Championship season is at the halfway point. The sixth of the twelve scheduled events on the calendar takes place in Aragón, and all eyes are obviously on Nicolò Bulega, who has been impressively dominant: the Italian rider arrives at MotorLand with 15 wins in 15 races; including the last ones of 2025, his consecutive successes are 19.

Bulega’s numbers are impressive, allowing him to lead the standings with a 95-point advantage over teammate Iker Lecuona. The Spaniard will try to use his home track to overturn the predictions in a weekend that, even in the last two championships won by Toprak Razgatlioglu’s BMW, has smiled upon the Borgo Panigale manufacturer, with five wins in six races.
Bulega’s words
“We arrive in Aragón with a lot of confidence, and not just because of the results achieved so far this season, but also because of the work done during the Misano test when we managed to find some solutions that could be interesting. Obviously, we will have to deal with the very high temperature, but this is a problem that everyone will have to face,” commented the World Championship leader.

Lecuona’s words
“I am very happy to hit the track tomorrow because I consider this practically my home race,” added Lecuona. “My family will be there, many friends and many fans will give me an extra boost. It would be great to get my first win right here, but I have to beat Nicolò’s competition, who has been impeccable so far and has deserved every single success. However, we are close and we will do our best to take a step forward.”
